PLEASANT PLAINS TOWNSHIP — Fresh Water Cannabis Company, a marijuana provisioning center being constructed in Pleasant Palins Township, is nearing completion. Spokesperson Jennifer Jones said they are finishing up construction on the facility and hope to be open by the end of the month.
